If I was Indian, I'd be an allrounder now :D
I dont think you want to go that far, Neil, i recgonise that our situation is bad on the allrounder front but its not that bad...:p

Disappointing to have our winning streak broken, but we performed quite well with the bat, so it's not all bad.

Another shocker from me.

Ouch. Cameron is a bloody psycho. That`s just not cool. Well batted to Pete, Liam and Clo though, much needed runs. Our bowling was indeed pretty embarrassment, only Trav standing up under pressure. I`ll try to do better. :)

Whatever it takes!!!
Awesome performance. Very professional, we took the ball and we ran with it and won the match. Well done. But where the hell are my runs? :(

Pathan is one of the leading all-rounders in the world at the moment... whatagun

I really wouldn't say so, hes well on his way there, but not yet an allrounder in the true sense of the word.

Cricket Web Colts v Cricket Web Green
at Goffmouth Park

A very slow, grinding start probably cost Green the chance of a massive total at Goffmouth, as the pitch was flat and offered plenty to the batsmen near the end. Nick Scott continued on his fabulous run of form by totalling 108 not out from number three, but he took 153 balls in doing so, while Dhamaka Singh and Don Lezama hit out and were dismissed. Notably, Singh hit a six.

Colts looked to be in control for most of their innings, with Towns and Das sharing a stand of 60 before Cameron and Garven broke through. However, Bharat and Burke took runs near the end, and things looked virtually certain when Colts needed eight off 12. A maiden over of reverse swing from Cunningham to Burke later, and the crowd were suddenly biting their nails - and, needing seven off the last over, they just couldn't get Rose off the square. With three needed and one ball to go, Bharat hit out, and slogged down the throat of Mitchell at midwicket to see Green clinch an unbelievable two-run win.

Cricket Web Red v Cricket Web Blue
at Cricket Web Oval

The Reds lost their way after half-centuries from Dauth and Markus had sent them to 182 for 2, with Tom Halsey choking the middle order with a beautiful spell worth four for 34. Blue used all their bowlers to good effect, while Reds had to go all the way down to No. 10; however, a solid knock from David Kennett, including a boundary, took Red past 240.

However, it was all too low. Ben Wilshere, Blue's specialist number seven, took 19 balls to reach his half-century, having learnt from Tom "Afridi" Halsey's efforts a few days ago, and after a half-century from Cloete it did not matter in the slightest that Robbins had taken two wickets mid-innings.

Cricket Web Blue won by five wickets
