Seems like he tries too hard does Swann, every delivery is a variation or something different and he's almost the opposite of Monty Panesar in that sense. That said, all of the left handed struggled against him throughout the series, he is difficult to play because he gets each ball to turn to different extents and always has the slips interested. However, because he's constantly trying to vary his flight, drift and turn he ends up bowling a number of deliveries that are half trackers or too full and releases the pressure.
